Return & Refund Policy

 

  1. Items are only eligible for a return or refund if they are found to be defective. We do not offer change-of-mind returns. The product(s) to be returned shall not have been tampered with, and it shall have their original packaging and contents intact. This policy is only applicable to items that are eligible for returns.

 

  1. Items eligible to be considered for returns or refunds are machines, and in the rare occurrence, defective accessories. The rest of our inventory are considered consumables, and as such are not eligible for returns. The return period provided is 7 days from the date which you received the item, in which it is your responsibility to discover and defects or malfunctions within this time period.

 

  1. Defective products sent back to us shall undergo inspection. If the issue is found to be a manufacturing defect, or a non user-induced defect, we will provide either repairs or a replacement for you, without additional charges or shipping fees. If the issue is found to be a user-induced defect, or any form of defect derived from misuse, abuse or mishaps, we will offer a quotation for repairs, and you will bear the resulting shipping charges should you accept the repair process.
